Which I hand ground with a baby food grinder I picked up at a flea market brand new and in the box. It takes a little more time but there r no preservatives I highly recommend this. My daughter did not know what candy was until Grandpa Waters gave her candy. To this day tho she is not really into sweets or junk food . Perhaps less children would be on (drugs) for hyperactivity disorders if they had the proper diet and exercise program. WAKE UP PARENTS. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
